5 out of 5 starsReally quick postage, very well packaged and the tumbler was even lovelier than the pictures! I can't stop looking at all the delicate drawings, and have enjoyed changing the angle for a different view each day. It makes a nice 'tink' sound when you tap it too, like fine bone China. I am so happy with my tumbler, and thank you for your generous gift too.

Payment
Payment can be proceeded either through Paypal or paying with the credit card at the checkout.
Shipping
Parcels are shipped on Monday,Wednesday and Friday.
I ship on Etsy address, if your Etsy address is different from the Paypal one, please make it clear which one is right through "note to seller" or conversation.
I use global priority mail, the package usually arrives in two weeks time from the day of shipment. For overseas purchases sometimes the shipping time can extend to 4 - 6 weeks time from the shipment day.
There is no custom declaration in/outside EU for packages under 2kg/ 4.4 pounds / 70 oz. Any eventual overcharge in shipping will be promptly refunded through Paypal/Credit Card.
I do my best to send packages in most accurate way, if there's any problem with your package or it delays to arrive don't hesitate to contact me.
Otherwise I can not be held responsible if the package gets lost in the mail.
